It has been just a year since Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck, both 51, purchased their current residence, a massive 46,000-square foot property, for $60.85 million. The deal was swiftly completed in just one week, with the couple managing to secure the estate at nearly $15 million below the initial $75 million asking price. Originally listed in 2018 for a staggering $135 million, the price of the home was significantly reduced when it reappeared on the market this year.
Known as the ‘Wallingford estate’, their new home is perched on a five-acre hilltop with breathtaking views. Offering a total of 12 bedrooms and 24 bathrooms, the property has been completely rebuilt and expanded. In addition to a 12-car garage and room for 80 vehicles, the estate boasts a unique indoor sports complex, a spacious 5,000-square foot guest penthouse, a caretaker’s residence, and a two-bedroom guard house on the premises.
Equipped with state-of-the-art workout facilities, the indoor sports complex includes a full gym, basketball courts, pickleball courts, and even a boxing ring. Jennifer and Ben were recently spotted exploring properties in New York City, suggesting that they may be expanding their real estate portfolio in the near future.

During their house-hunting adventure, Jennifer and Ben visited a townhouse located at 226 E. 68th Street, available for rent at $45,000 per month, as reported by Gimme Shelter (from the New York Post).
They also took a look at a smaller 3,024-square foot townhouse, just a short distance away from their current Beverly Hills residence, located at 342 E. 69th Street, listed for sale at $5.95 million.
Jennifer is currently trying to sell her penthouse at the Whitman building in Nomad for $24.99 million, which she acquired back in 2014 for $20.2 million, according to reports.
